I bought an input for toslink, it has 2 jumpers and 2 resistors for the board. How do I determine what to put onto the board?

Thanks

What will the TORX board be driving? Do you want TTL level or consumer level?

An output from a TV. So that would be consumer I think. Then going into 4-Channel S/PDIF (or AES-EBU) Level Converter Kit.

Ok then you will want to use the resistors and wire them to the SPDIF4 as if it were a consumer level source.

Can you tell the values of those resistors?

Thanks Russ, I just wanted to make sure. Unfortunately there is no data on that board.

Luisbock RS is a 270 ohm resistor and RP is 75 ohm.

Many thanks mjock3, my version is an older one (no switch or resistors) and was just remembering the voltage divider R values for consumer input. Not shure if i will add toslink, the diference between Spdif and I2S is very relevant, for my ears of course.
