I don't think anyone fully understands what you're asking. I2S is an interchip protocol, in this case to transfer data from the transport module to the DAC chip. As such it is meant for short distances, if you mean to get the signal from an external Sony/Philips CD player you may (or may not) get into trouble.

Well I can't blame him, my Russian certainly is worse than his English. Loosly translated I think it means this:
"It's hard to explain using a language I'm not familiar with." "I understand ... I will try to run the I2S signal into an AKM 4420 using the RaKK-2 module"
Or something like that... How that relates to the Buffalo DAC is a mystery to me.

No problem, we'll get there. It just takes a little time. The picture is a bit small, so I can't read everything clearly. But looking at it it seems you are uncertain about how to connect the I2S output of the RAKK board to the BII. That is fairly simple. The I2S wiring for the BII board is on page 6 of the Integration Guide I wrote: http://www.twistedpearau...tegration_Guide_v1.0.pdfP.S. I've tried copying the table directly, but the lay-out gets messed up too much.
