I bought buffalo iii SE so I hope test voltage and current mode but I don't know how to select Please give me advice

There isn't really a current mode nor voltage mode. "Mode" is not a good description. "Source" is a better term.
The DAC can either act as a current source (when presented with a near-zero ohm load) or a voltage source (when resented with a higher impedance load).
