Just checking. Most of the connections in the schematic are made by lines, but a few are implied. Can you confirm that the DSD input terminals connect inside the board to the pins list on the right of the connection (that is, from top to bottom, OSR, BCLK, LRCLK, and board ground)? Also, can you clarify a conflict on the controller inputs. In the schematic, it appears that controller 4 connects to pin 23 (IWO/DOUT). In the board photo, the controller input for controller 4 is pin 28 (CSB). From what I have seen on the Wolfson datasheets, CSB is the correct connection to have available for a 3 wire serial controller. Can you confirm controller header access to CSB? Sorry to be picky like this. I getting close to giving software control of an Opus a try, so I'm sweating the details. Thanks in advance. Jac

I haven't purchased it yet, so I guess we are talking v2.0 for the WM8741.

Yes the controller header has a connection to CSB and it is labeled. :)
I personally prefer the 2-wire (I2C compatible) mode of control, but I think you can use either one. It is just that I have only ever used I2C with the WM8741.

Thanks Russ. Can you confirm the DSD header connections to the chip?

Just in case your curious, my project is to upgrade the DAC on an old Sony SACD, so I need to get at the DSD stream.
