I have finished putting together Buffalo III and Legato 3, with sidecar and 4 spdif. Connected and get no lock. Mute light is on, LEDs are all lite on tridents. Where do I start? Oh and I don't know how to post pic.

Thanks

Ok, let's start by simplifying, then we can add stuff back in. In this case, let's take the Sidecar out.

With the DAC powered off, and the S/PDIF4 board connected. check the pin-to-pin connectivity under the boards, making sure you are getting good connections with the ribbon cable.
