Hi, will the BIII accept a 256fs I2S signal?

There is no such thing as far as I am aware (unless it is perhaps a 128 bit DAC). :)

It will accept an I2S signal with a 64fs bit clock.

256fs is very like the speed of your master clock, which won't matter to the Buffalo III. :)

All of that to say that yes it will very likely work with your I2S source so long as it has a 64fs bit clock.
