Hi, I think I've got a faulty mux /demux board. It does not select the sources 1-4 with the appropriate hi lo signal. The only anomaly I can find is that S1 measures 4.96v hi and S0 measures 1.96v

Any thoughts?

I do have a faulty board. The second one I have works correctly. Can I have a replacement please?
