Mine friend Antonio bought a 2nd hand B3 with volume control installed, I want to take off the volume control so I desoldered the pot and take off the firmware installed in IC8 but can't output sound, I owned a B2 and if I remember correctly a bridge was needed between ADC pins but I don't remember between wich one 3.3V & PB4 or PB4 & GND also I don't know if this is necessary for B3?

TIA
Felipe

Jumper between PB4 and 3.3. You also need the firmware chip installed.

No, the firmware is required to configure the DAC. Providing volume control is just one of its functions.
