I picked up a BIII build from a friend and it's working fine but I'm going to change it up a bit and go to a USB only input. So I'm definitely not very well versed in this product but I am adept at slinging solder and changing wires around.

Before changing this around I checked the voltages and found that the LCDPS right side output (as viewing from the output in front of me, inputs to the back) has no voltage and then noticed that R4 and R3 are just jumpered. I have adjustable 5v on the other side. Both inputs are measuring around 11v from a 9v transformer. R1 and R2 are 10 ohm, 3 watt.

If this is normal I'm good with it but I can't find anything to tell me if there is an issue here. I just don't want to start the changes I'm planning and then find out I should have fixed something first.

Thanks,
Aaron
