I´m planning on using a Buffalo III SE with a Broskie Unballancer with 12AT7 input tubes and 6cg7 output. But what I/V resistor should I use? To get about 2volts out.

I have a dual mono BIIIse, for the output stage I am using diyaudios Quanhao tube I/V, which is similar in topology with broskie's. The resistor I am using is 33 ohms. Not sure if it is actually putting out 2 volts. I actually just experimented with it, started at 1k and slowly goes down. Finally settled on 33 ohms, dont want it to go down too much, dont want to load the DAC too much. The tubes I used are 12AU7 and 6DJ8, with these values and tubes, the sound came out dynamic and well controlled.

Ok,thanks for the answer. I will start with 50ohm and see how it works, and I changed my mind I will be using 6cg7 for both first and second tube as it has lower mu than 12AT7.

What I found out from experience is that a system sounds less sterile if you use different tubes between stages, thats why I am using a 12AU7 and a 6DJ8, but thats just me. Good Luck.

I am using 20Ohm with my Dual-Mono-Biii, tx2575 preferred. Input tube 12bh7(jj-gold, platinum matched), and 6n6p (not-ev, no gold grid) as ouput tube. No Electrolytics in the psu.
