I have no lock for spdif connected direct to board at spdif and ground, pretty simple but no lock. I do have one diode not lit on trident shunt reg. All voltages are correct on all tridents, tried several different shunt regs from other working Blll's with same result.

Check for correct Trident placement. Remember, you have one 1.2v and two 3.3v.

All LEDs should be lit.

Tridents are correct and I now have all led's lit ( it was low voltage) but I still have no lock and source has been verified.

How much current are you shunting on the Placid?

350mA CSS sounds too low. As Brian asks: how much current are you shunting on the Placid?

I remeasured both and have .620 current and 14mv shunt

Increase the shunt to at least 50mA.
