DAC powered
jpcm1 & jpcm2 both 47k
jpcm3 open (DVM can't measure resistance)

Any other measurements or ideas to fix the issue?

Can you test these values with the DAC not powered?

Please list the measured values with and without the Sidecar attached.

DAC not powered

With Sidecar
jpcm1 69.6k
jpcm2 93.3k
jpcm3 70.3k

Without Sidecar
jpcm1 94.1k
jpcm2 93.9k
jpcm3 93.83k

When you went directly out from the DAC were the channels equal?

Try disconnecting the legato, then load each output with a low value resistor (equal values at each) to GND. 10-100R should be fine.

Then measure the output of each side (left and right).

Used 4 resistors 100 ohms each. measurements are across each resistor

Right channel
Cold phase without signal 0.019VAC with signal 0.020VAC
Hot phase without signal 0.019VAC with signal 0.020VAC

Left channel
Cold phase without signal between 0.017-0.021VAC with signal 0.019VAC
Hot phase without signal 0.018VAC with signal between 0.018-0.019VAC

It makes no sense that there would be an AC voltage with no signal...

What are you doing measurements with?

These are the measurements with & without 1kHz sinus wave -3dB FS

I do the measurements with a true RMS DVM.

What measurements are the right to be measured across the 100 ohms resistors?

You can't really use most DMMs like that. Even a very basic PC based oscilloscope would be much better.

With no signal you should see no AC voltage at the outputs.

With a signal it should be a small but equal signal when loaded with 100R something ~500mv maybe a bit more.

I measured before with my DVM the DAC ESS9023 & measured 2.17VAC at the output using the same signal generator.

If you want I use my scope & post the shoots pics?

Each of all four phases scope set 0.2V/cm 0.5ms shows the same square wave 1kHz -3dB

Now mute LED always don't lit: with or without signal, checked with the scope.
