Ok, your LEDs are not lighting because your AVCC pins are not properly soldered to the Buffalo board. I see solder on the pins, but it is not flowed onto the Buffalo pads. Please add some flux and reheat those joints. It appears you may be using too much heat and not enough flux when soldering.
Also, if you want to use stereo mode, you need to all ALL of the output jumpers, which is also outlined in the Integration Guide, which you really should read. Run it through Google Translate if you need to, but please please read it.

Hi, i have read your ingration guide ,
I do not understand what it means to connect "all the jumpers" I'm afraid of doing damage, I need a picture where I can look at what to do?
I'm sorry for my ignorance but I thought I experience something more 'simple. Please we hope to end ...... tell me what to do ...

The procedure is outlined on page 23. It even directs you to the picture on page 5 which clearly outlines the jumpers. You need to solder the jumpers J1 to J12 in place.
