Could a Placid be configured for 24volts?
Approximate ripple?

And what drop? What is the voltage from the transformer?

I'm guessing around 5% regulation, I haven't run the power supply calculation.
Just more interested if the Placid is good for 24v at around 100ma if I use higher voltages. It appears the main cap is rated at 35v, just not sure about the other parts.

I was also curious about the ripple since a PS manufacturer had one with less than 50micro volts ripple available at 24v. It would be nice to know this could be achieved with your power supply.

I have not tried it at that voltage. But it should work fine so long as the drop is not too high. As for ripple, I doubt it would be any worse than what you mention. Very likely better. You would need to give it a try and measure.
