I have two BP placids that Im not able to set +15 volt on. I follow the manual to preset the pots and after that I power up, no smoke and all LEDS on, and I set -15 without a hitch. When I try to set the positive rail to 15V it goes from 8V up to 14.5V and then it skips to 16V. I cannot get it adjusted to 15V, not even close. I did manage at one point to set it, and then after I adjusted the CCS pot to .25V the positive rail dropped to around 12V without adjustment and load. But now I cant set the positive rail on any of them. I cant seem to find any obvious errors on any of the boards either. Also, I think I dont need 250ma since I use one BP per channel on a buffalo32. What would be proper mv setting for the CCS in this case.
PS. I have two 15V dual 10VA PCB mounted toroids each powering one BP only.

I think I know why the supplies are acting up. With the 15V plus 0.25v CCS I went over what the toroids could supply and therefore the plus rail went bonkers. I still need to know the CCS setting for one BP per channel on the Buffalo32. I set it to 0.15v but I'm not sure if that is enough, but at least the voltage is stable unloaded. I haven't connected any load yet.
