I have finally assembled the Buffalo32 with the Placid power supply, but unfortunately I have a problem:

The left channel is entirely mute, I have checked the voltages: digital +5V and the two analog +/- 15V ( correctly connected from the begin )and they are perfect exactly like the right channel that works ok.

I am a technician so I could investigate where the audio signal stop, but I have not the schematic for to do it.

Please can you help me?

Some ideas of what could be the problem?

Regards
Marco

I have disconnected the right channel that works ok and I have noted that the left channel is not mute at all but very very low and also very often a little disturbed with pop and crack noise.

What to do?

Regards
Marco

Resolved !!!!

Was a short between two pins on a LM4562 ( pond residual, a bad soldering ) ...

Now works great :)
