I hooked up the bipolar power supply and tested to see if I could adjust it to 15 volts. I get the transformer feeds to show 17 volts ac but zero volts dc at the output end. I started at zero volts and probably turned the adjustment screw 5 to 6 turns and I still get zero volts. How many turns does it take? Do I turn clockwise so set screw moves up? What other stuff can I check?

It would be helpful to post pictures of your power supply (top and bottom). (If pictures are too large to post, you can email them to us.) We can work from there.
