I have a Buff 32 with the mux and usb. When I use the USB input ... the song begins to play then has a slight 1 sec stutter then plays normally after that. It is like it drops buffer then picks it back up, any ideas on why? I havent tried just standard SPDIF, or I2S from the USB directly into the Buff32 ..

Has anyone else had experience regarding these issues? It happens on both WinXP and Win7. Is it a PCM2707 issue?

I have not ever seen this, I usually use foobar and the ASIO for USB drivers.

I had a similar problem with my old laptop. It turned out to be the USB port on the laptop. I switched to a different port (one that used a different header) and it worked fine.
