I am really digging my Buffalo32S with balanced headphones - just recently recabled some used AKG K701.

Have you guys considered adding some sort of digital crossfeed, via the AC1 or Volumite? I am no programmer so I really have no idea what it would take.

Thanks.

To do it truly digitally would require DSP work. Definitely possible but nothing you could do with AC1 or Volumite. Of course a PC could handle it easily.

One other thing you could possibly do (would have to look closer to be sure) would be to adding one or more of the DACs (there are 16 total) to the opposite side. What I mean is you could make a normally left output handle a right side signal. You could do the same for the right side. Depending on the ratio you would get varying degrees of crossfeed. I am not sure how practical this is. I have never really thought about doing it.

Cheers!
