Just for giggles, what is the optimal DC voltage for the Mux? I am using the second side of the LCDPS (the other is at 6V for Vd on the Buf32).

I would just use 6V. :) Its a nice low drop for the MUX VREGs. Should work very well.

5-6V is just fine. :) At 5V the 1.2V regulator will run a tad cooler. :) 5V should also work fine for the MUX.
