If I want both SPDIF Coaxial and Toslink inputs, do I have to add the 4:1 Mux receiver? Thanks

An OTTO 2:1 module or a good quality mechanical switch would be a cheaper solution (together with the Toslink-> SPDIF converter).
However, the MUX has the advantage of isolation transformers and up to four SPDIF inputs (and more).
I don't think it is a good idea to connect two SPDIF sources to any DAC contemporarily.
