Where does everyone order these from? I need a handful of 1/2" and 1" spacers. I couldnt find them in Mouser or Digikey. Also does everyone isolate them from the chassis with paper washers or like product?

Mouser has them under: All Products » Electromechanical » Electronic Hardware » Circuit Board Hardware - PCB You don't need to isolate them from the chassis.

You can check out Jameco as well in the US. Their prices fluctuate (as do Mouser's). Sometimes better, sometimes worse. (Of course, I buy them in the thousands, so a penny makes a much larger difference.)
