Some time ago I bought two COD modules which I would like to use together with a Ballsie module. I wish to use the on-board I/V stage of the COD. The COD modules have the I/V capacitors and their by-pass jumpers mounted but I don't recall that you send along any I/V resistors (were these supposed to be included?).
Anyway, to get voltage out I will take of the bypass-jumpers and solder on suitable I/V-resistors. Which values to use when the COD are operated in dual-mono connected to the Ballsie?
In the COD manual it is indicated that in MONO mode the analog signal on the non-selected side is inverted.
Does that mean that I need to wire as follows? Please confirm.
Left channel COD board (jumpers Mono: 1, CHSL: 0)
LEFT+ and RIGHT- on COD connected to LEFT+ on Ballsie
LEFT- and RIGHT+ on COD connected to LEFT- on Ballsie
Both GND on COD connected to LEFT GND on Ballsie
Right channel COD board (jumpers Mono: 1, CHSL: 1)
RIGHT+ and LEFT- on COD connected to RIGHT+ on Ballsie
RIGHT- and LEFT+ on COD connected to RIGHT- on Ballsie
Both GND on COD connected to RIGHT GND on Ballsie

Do you already have a Ballsie?
If not I would strongly suggest the IVY configured for COD instead of the Ballsie.
If you must use the Ballsie you will want something around 390-470R from the outputs of the COD to GND for I/V.
Your wiring plan looks correct to me.
If you use the IVY you will get much better results.
