Hi there everyone, some help super appreciated.

So I have a 2 x 9038s with Legatos setup, two DACS in one box. Volume limited so its doesn't clip. Centaur PSUs.

This has been working perfectly since about this time last year.

Suddenly last week - no lock LED on one of the DACS. And out of the speakers some a sort of clicking and tone tone - sounds pretty broken - cant control volume of it.

Troubleshooting
- Does this fault when not connected to any output stage just the 5v power - so its not the output stage
- Other DAC in the box works perfectly
- Tested the faulty DAC board with a "working" environment (Legato / power / connections) and it still faults - no Lock LED and weird clicking with tone coming out as sound.

Sounds like the DAC has failed completely as def not working. Any help with what else I can test?

Its under a year old and cant see any obvious sign that there's any damage to the board. just stopped working one day.. help please!!
