Question Cronus and Rpi Hat - How does the Cronus fit on the Rpi Hat?

Yesterday I received the Rpi Hat and Cronus reclocker. The Hat fits nicely on the Rpi but the Cronos on his turn doesn’t seem to fit one on one to the Hat.
Either the fwd studs are aligned or the pin header. The aft studs don’t align at all. I could make it work off course but I expected to fit seamlessly onto the Hat. Is this right or do I overlook something?
