Would someone please tell me the latest available AVCC module is newer than or not the one I have upgraded a while back which was AVCC_SR V1.0?

So far, I have experienced each upgrade of the AVCC has good sonic improvement!

Thank you so much.

Hi,

I was asking myself the same question lately.
I have the Tridents version 3.0.
Are these the latest?

Hello Jordo,

There are two parts of the Trident regulator modules.

One is the AVCC module and the other is the 1.2v and 3.3v modules.

Your version 3 is not the latest. The latest/current is the trident-SR for the 1.3v and 3.3v modules.

For the AVCC module, there was no version 3. It was AVCC-SR-V1.0 which was released about the same time as the V3 of the 1.2v and 3.3v modules.

I had upgraded to the AVCC-SR v1.0 and the version 3 of the 1.2v and 3.3v modules a few years back.

I did some more search after posted the question. I believe the AVCC-SR V1 module I have is not the current/latest based on picture posted in diyAudio by Brian back 2017.

Hope this helps,
Milton
