For my dislike of standard electrolytics especially in such hot environment, can C15-C16 be a 47uF Tantalium (High end Vishay) or Organic Alu (Nichicon) instead? What are the effects?

If one has the time and large bags of the required transistors, any point of matching? QN2-3 and 5-6 perhaps?

Is using 1.69k/402 ohm ratio still acceptable for the gain resistors?
