Hello,

I want to connect a RCA/BNC jack on my Buffalo-IIISE with a isolation transformer.
The transformer ist a murata DA101C. In the image you can see a circuit diagram.
Is C1, C2 and R1 needed for best performance or which values for this components are the best?

That looks about right. You can usually mount the components right on the transformer.
