I'd like to add 0.1uF and may be also 0.01uF capacitors in parallel to the electrolytic capacitors in your power supplies, to have further RF or HF filtering. Which type and brand are recommended?

If we recommended them, they would be there already. :)

Any Polyester or Polyprop cap would be fine. You would be better off adding this type of bypass at the load.

I know a thing or two about designing analogue electronics circuits. I've been there for over 45 years.

However, what do you mean by "bypass at the load"?

The supplies are not picky about what caps you use. Use whatever pleases you. :)
