Hello,
Does the S/PDIF 4:1 MUX/Receiver Module accepts Toslink, or Coax S/PDIF or both as inputs?

It accepts 3 S/PDIF (coax) and one AES or S/PDIF. You can use TOSLINK by adding one of our TOSLINK modules in front of any of the inputs.

Yes and yes. The MUX (CS8416) will do a better job dealing with less common frequencies (between 96 and 192kHx) as well, such as 176kHz. The WM8804 does not do multiples of 44.1khz above 88.2khz in hardware mode. Edited by user Monday, November 10, 2008 10:41:44 AM(UTC)
