I was playing music, for maybe an hour, wonderful sound... then the left channel went and there was just noise. The AVCC module no longer had its LED light on, could this have gone or is it something else?
Also, what has happened to cause this?
Thank you.

Further to my previous post, I had a quick check of the Placid HD, it measured 650mV between TP_VIN+ and TP_CSS+ (as it did prior to the issue), but measured 129mV shunt current between TP_OUT and TP_SHUNT when playing an I2S source, 160mV when playing Toslink. These were previously set at 55mV for I2S source, and around 70mV for S/PDIF (as advised on a previous post).
Has something been fried on the board? As I mentioned I had been playing music for a little over an hour, with the enclosure lid on, could it have overheated? And could I have fried more components on the B3 other than the AVCC?

You should be able to check the AVCC module by supplying it from the Placid and measuring it's two outputs.

Thank you for your reply.
I had checked it last night while still plugged into the B3 board, if I remember correctly, the right output of correctly measured 3.3V (when measured between AVCC and GND on the AVCC pins) however, the left side measured around 0.8V I think (I am currently at work so cannot check at the minute).
The DAC is locking okay, and the audio output from the right channel is fine.
I've only had it all up and running just over a week, and this was the longest I had it playing for consecutively.
I just ordered a replacement AVCC module, I am guessing some how I have fried something on the module, any ideas what has happened?
