Trying to get this build working but one of the DACs refuses to lock onto either SPDIF or I2S (the other DAC works fine). Its automute light remains permanently on.
they are both configured identically with the same inputs. All voltages are correct and jumpers & dip switches are all the same (the firmware chip is installed in both).
Double checked all solder joints - am at a loss as to how to diagnose further.
It seems that one of the DACs was simply DOA.

Any ETA on BIIISEs being available again? - as we are stuck with half a dual mono build designed around the SE that cannot be completed
