Hi Russ & Brian.

Few mounth ago, I was purchased four Sympatico boards. At the bom, Ref 1-4 component is TL431CPK. But at Rs components I only found TL431QPK. Can I mount this component without problems?

Yes. The QPK is just a higher temperature range version. It will work fine.
