My Placid HD 2.1 kit is on the way for my new DAC project analog stage.
ı need +15 -0- (-15) for my analog stage.
What should be the ideal transformator secondaries?

Thanks in advance...

Hi,

I used R-Core 240-->15V AC transformers.
But classical Torroidals will also do.

My speakers are upgraded with copper faoil transformers. These weems to be ideal.
I don' t know if you can buy them 240-15V and how large they will become...

Have a look at the datasheet for the transformers we sell. Use that as a guide. http://www.avellindberg.com/pdf/avel_y23_range.pdf

You want 15-18V dual secondaries. You cannot use a transformer with center-tapped secondaries.
