It is possible to use Placid HD with Opus DAC ? if yes, what is the right voltage and current ?

Yes, it will work fine. Set the output voltage to something around 7.5VDC and the shunt current to around 50-100mA.

Keep in mind that the DAC will draw more current at higher bandwidths, so check the shunt current with your desired program material playing, and be sure there is enough headroom available.
