I've tried plugging the USB DAC into my MacBookPro, my RaspberryPi, and my office Win 7 computer, and I have used three different cables. In all cases nothing happens. Am I missing something? Are there any there any troubleshooting steps I should take?
BTW, the Opus works great.
Thanks in advance.

Do you have the output selector installed/set?

Yes. It was set to I2S, but I have since tried S/PDIF. Still nothing happens when I plug it in.

Brian,
Finally got back to this. It looks to me that the chip is soldered in wrong, rotated 90 degrees clockwise. I suppose I could try my hand at removing it and soldering it back in, but if I muck it up I would still want to be able to return for replacement. I will post a picture later today.
