I need 3v balance and Russ suggested doubling R1-R4 and R9-R16, so as suggested 309R/1.37K (just what I had to hand)

1. Would it be possible to set the balanced output at 3v as above, but keep the single ended output to 1.5v?

2. How do I calculate and measure the voltage output, say into a 100K input?
