Hi Brian

Thanks the 4:1 Mux/Demux has arrived, now for the questions :)

I want to switch the Mux/Demux using my arduino controller and assume I need to do the following to make the unit switch channels;

Take 1 GPIO, say Pin 7, from the Arduino to SO
Take 1 GPIO , say Pin 8, from the Arduino to S1

Switching:

Pin 7 High, Pin 8 Low
Pin 7 Low, Pin 8 High

Pin 7 High, Pin 8 High
Pin 7 Low, Pin 8 Low

If that is correct can you tell me which channel will correspond to which configuration.

If that's not correct can you tell me how I should be doing it.

Hi,
I'm trying to do the same thing, but the switching doesnt work.
I have S0 and S1 directly hooked up to GPIO-pins from the arduino (5V).
Do I have to remove R2 or R3 on the MUX-board?
Or is a voltage divider for 3,3V required?

No you don't have to remove R2 & R3

No voltage divider is needed

The red & black beside the blue & black are the 5V power & power Ground, the Blue & Black are to the GPIO pins on the arduino

The wiring was correct, but I simply forgot to set the right register in the DAC for Spdif d'oh!
It all works perfectly now.
