I have a Kawai digital piano (MP9000) that I wish to add SPDIF output to using the SPDIF transceiver board.

So I would connect the piano's SCK, LRCK and DIN data lines to the Transceiver board? And 7.5 volts? DIP switch to 1,1,0,1? Attached is a schemo of the piano's DAC. I also have the data sheet for the DAC.

My real question is: will this work? I have no idea what kind/type of data is on those three data lines. I know the piano is playing back samples, but at what sample rate, word length or format I don't know.

Also on the 7.5 volts needed: Does this need to be a very clean and regulated 7.5 volts?
