Secondary output: USB analog or IVY balanced?

Hi all,
I'm considering building a USB DAC with the Opus USB module, Buffalo or COD DAC, and IVY. It will feed a headamp, from the IVY SE outputs.
Now I would also like a secondary analog out for my HT amp. Can be of lower quality as it would be only to provide background music. What would be the best (most efficient in quality vs.complexity) choice: - using the USB module analog outs (the PCM2707 built-in DAC)? - using the IVY balanced outs, taking only hot/gnd (thus without benefit of the LM4562)? - or should I consider an additional buffer on the IVY SE outputs?
Or am I just driving nuts and could feed both headamp and HT amp in parallel from IVY SE outs without affecting the sound quality (I don't know what's on the HT amp inputs - probably some crappy cap).
Thanks for your advice!

Just drive them both off of the IVY SE outputs. You could actually drive the headphones directly off of the outputs as well :).
