From the product description~

" While Retro is designed for balanced wiring or your cartridge, it will also support standard single-ended input wiring (by tying -IN to GND), and still provide balanced output. "

Can Retro also be wired for single ended output? And, how?

no, not really, It would be better to use a separate BAL/SE stage.
