I am looking to see if the teleporter send module can output via hdmi to my W4S DAC2 DSDSE as well as
the Buffalo 2.

Any advice or prospect?Dancing

I am interested to send PCM/I2S audio from a HDMI equiped motherboard via teleporter to multiple PCM/I2S DACs like
this one
Would that work?

No - you would need to decode the HDMI and pull out the PCM.
