I'm using IVY III and I'm noticing two major problems:
in tracks with much LF the bass is slow, also with big orchestras, MF don't have weight
and HF sound compressed

I must say that it's not a harsh sound at all

On the contrary, it had a rolloff in HF which was cured after removing low pass caps

I've measured that IVY draws 70mA iddle (both channels and BAL to SE and give
about 60mA to Placid BP) and goes up to ~ 77mA
Is this normal ? I've read that IVY III needs at least 90mA (35+35+20) up to 150mA.
