Hi I wonder about the pins on Buf III for VDD XO. Underneat the pcb there is no connection from pin marked GND to the GNd off Buf III pcb. Only In and Out . Why no for gnd ?

The Buffalo II+III uses a 4 layer PCB.

Ok but this PCB is second hand and I think something is broken ( my friend started another dac project ). Would it be ok to solder on the gnd at the downside ?

The bottom of the board is not ground. You would be okay creating a jumper to the pin from another ground pin.
