Hi - I recently put together a the Placid HD PB PSU. I followed the manual, set variable R1 & R2 to recommended values. Everything powered up fine. I set the output voltages to +/-14.75 then tried adding a load (Legato). The positive output dropped to 0.5 volts. So i powered down, removed the load and tried testing again with no load. Now the max voltage i can get from the positive side is 0.5 volts, negative is fine at 14.75volts. Also none of the LEDs illuminate. Maybe there installed backwards if thats even possible? My question is, where do i go from here? What should I measure or check? I had trouble getting V1 set, I was getting pretty erratic values with each adjustments, perhaps this has something to do with it?

Ok - I've reinstalled all the LEDs and am almost certain they are now in correctly. After applying power, the positive side lights up, however the negative side still does not. Output on the positive side was still +.5 volts. I noticed a slight increase in voltage by reducing R1's value. But there is still something wrong, I was only able to see about 1.8 volts on the positive rail then the heat sinks started getting hot so i had to power it down. The negative rail seams to be operating correctly despite the Leds not lighting up.
