Before I can tell you if it will work, I need to know what you are trying to accomplish. This is to add S/PDIF output to the Amanero?

Sorry my fault. I would like add S/PDIF output to the Amanero. Let "Amanero i2s output" connect to the SPDIF module, and get a spdif signal.

Yes, it will work up to 192kHz.
