Using Arduino UNO. I have pin 7 set to HIGH; I get 5 volts to S on the OTTO II, B2 channel is selected on OTTO. When pin 7 set to LOW, I have zero voltage to S yet OTTO won’t switch to B1, remains stuck on B2. IF I disconnect the wire from S, OTTO switches to default B1. When wire disconnected, it takes several seconds or more to switch. First config: OTTO II, OE jumper to GND to activate switch. No pull up resistors. Problem as stated above. Second config: OTTO II still jumpered OE to GND. Add pull up resistor to S and GND, first 4.7K then 10K. Same issue, OTTO won’t switch to default channel (B1) when pin 7 LOW. Disconnect wire from S, switching is immediate to B1. OTTO II powered by LCDPS, all grounds connected to star ground. Good continuity between OTTO II GND and Arduino GND. Any ideas are appreciated. I put the Fluke on it as it reads to three digits, and I do have .009 v on that pin when set to LOW, .498 v on high. If thats all it takes to trip/hold OTTO I'll need to rethink this. Edited by user Thursday, February 14, 2013 7:15:55 AM(UTC)
