Hm, ok. CC2 and CC3 are only of influence for the sound isn't it? (Fron the Ventus Manual) CC2 and CC3 are generally not required. Use them only if you find you need them or wish to add some low pass filtering. The corner frequency will depend on the resistor values. And Up :) Is it correct that removing CC2 and CC3 allows more Bass? Is this also applicable for the EZ? The information came from the Ventus manual.... Grtz, Jordo Edited by user Friday, April 12, 2013 5:27:24 PM(UTC)

Actually it would allow more treble, but also more naturally occurring HF noise. Some people prefer it. Some don't. :)

Hi Russ,
Low Pass Filtering actually means more Treble? Ok :)
I will take that into account when listening.
Thx!!

Ok, I have the system running again.
Left and right channel issue seems to be solved more or less. But I have a very weak distorted LH channel. It sounds like you try to drive too large speakers with a too small amplifier. Very distorted like overdrive or overboosted.
Last week I checked and improved all my soldering connections and got it wired up again with the greatest care.
I will order a new headphone Jack I think as you can never know. If that won't help I'll order a new set of Ventus EZ Amps because I'm starting to think one of them is corrupted.
Best Regards,
Jordo

Solved!
All work fine now. I again checked the contacts and noticed (again) the ground was in the socket of the signal. Switched and all works perfect now!
Cheers,
Jordo

Ok I'm a little slow here but can confirm that it is best to remove CC1. DC offset dropped by two orders of magnitude. Glad I checked the archives before posting. javascript:insertsmiley(' %20','/forum/Images/Emoticons/eusa_wall.gif')
