Dear Staff

I want to use the Metronome as a upsampling/reclocking device putting.

Suppose that I set the Metronome output at 96Khz because this is the max sampling rate accepted by the DAC chip. Suppose also I feed the metronome with a 96Khz SPDIF signal.

What would happen in this case, A or B?

A. the SPDIF stream is passed untouched at the metronome's output

B. even if the input/output sampling rate is the same, the metronome still function as a reclock devise.

In case the answer is B, how it works precisely?

Best Regards
Pierre
