Please, correct me if I'm wrong:
I can grab DSD signal from Pioneer DV-989avi motherboard and send it with a Teleporter transmitter to a second Teleporter (receiver) to DAC it with B3?

I can't really say anything about the source, but the Teleporters are up to the task. :)
